I have been a life time martial artist and have written over 170 articles about martial arts and fitness and am published in Canada, US, England and Iran. I have also written for websites like mmacanada.net and fightticker.com

I have been a 2X Canadian national martial arts team member, 2008 World Karate Union Hall of famer and 2008 WOMAA World Martial Games silver medallist.
