I've been a baseball fan ever since setting foot on North American shores in 1994. Unfortunately, there wasn't exactly much baseball to watch that year, so I had to settle for watching the Twins and Blue Jays tie for the American League's worst record the following summer. After that, I was hooked. I watched the likes of Rich Robertson, Todd Sears, Matt Lawton, Pat Meares, Scott Stahoviak, and other household names come and go. When the '01 squad made a run, being a Twins fan was suddenly cool again. When the '02 team made the ALCS, not only was it cool, but you got street cred for being able to remember that the team had been a perennial cellar-dweller in the '90s. My Minnesota Twins fandom is, however, a love-hate relationship. I may love the team, but I vehemently hate the ownership.

As far as my own preferences, give me a 1-0 nailbiter over a 12-10 slugfest any day. Pitching is a lost art, and thankfully, the Twins are usually pretty good at it. Looking forward to covering them over the course of the season here at BR, and maybe learning a thing or two in the process!

Hey Twins fans! I've been noticing a huge decrease in contributions to the Twin's Whatnot. I'm not getting after anyone (like I even can :D) , but I want a few suggestions as to changes that can be made.

Please tell me what can be done to improve the section. Should we re-name it? What can be done to make it more attractive to people? Also, I want to confirm that you are actually receiving the questions every Saturday.

Is this the e-mail you would prefer me to send them to? Is there a typo in the email address?

Absolutely! If you know anybody else, feel free to let them know and I will include them as well.

If you didn't already know, I send out the questions on Saturday, and I would expect answers by Wednesday if at all possible.
