About Peter »

Peter Cady (Born March 29, 1988) is an award-winning sports writer for the Sonoma State Star, in addition to being the founder of VincentManning.com, your premiere source for guaranteed college football and NFL locks (Cady is currently 20-12 in the NFL and 32-25 in college football as of Sept. 26, 2009).
Cady is a senior at Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park, CA, where he is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma (meaning he's in the top-ten percent of his Business Administration class of 2010) in addition to writing for the Star, watching sports and playing golf.
During his three semesters with the Star, Cady covered the school's golf team, which won the 2009 NCAA Division II National Championship, in addition to current professional baseball players Konrad Thieme (Marlins organization) and Gary Moran (Giants organization).
He was named Best Sports Writer by The Star for the spring 2008 semester, and served as the paper's sports editor during the fall 2008 semester.
Cady splits his time between Miami and Beverly Hills when school is not in session, and enjoys going to night clubs in his spare time.
He looks forward to writing for bleacherreport.com, and cites Dan Le Batard, Woody Paige, Bill Plaschke and Jay Mariotti as sports writers that he looks up to.
