NHL Eastern Conference Finals - Game 4 - Penguins @ Philadelphia - Great win in an otherwise terrible series for Philly, I somehow found myself walking into the third period of this game for free. The only time I've seen Philadelphia more excited was the 2008 World Series.

Thanks for the kind words, Patrick.

You're right that opinion writers are inherently vulnerable to the slings and arrows of angry fans, but I've actually come to enjoy the criticism almost as much as the praise. I figure if I can get some yahoo to spend 10 minutes writing a profanity-laced tirade, I've at least succeeded in making him pay attention.

That said, I'm certainly glad you've enjoyed what you've read so far, and I'll keep aiming to please going forward. But...if you ever disagree, I trust you'll let me hear about it.

Exactly... I mean, I'm more than willing to bitch about out starting pitching, but the truth is, we have the offense to bail them out if they even give a mediocre effort for now. I don't know, I was sick of going back and forth, and to be honest, I think I made the right decision. And we'll see how Pedro pans out. I keep forgetting about him.
