Born 1950 in St. Louis, MO. Raised in Jonesboro, AR. Got tired of watching the Razorbacks lose every time I watched them on TV. It is not that they were that bad, I was just bad luck for them.

Spent the 70’s in the Navy. Spent the 80’s watching and coaching 2 sons play soccer.

The first Alabama game I ever watched was the Sugar Bowl after the 92 season. Got Hooked on Alabama football.

Spent the next 15 years wandering aimlessly in the desert waiting for the return of a great Coach to lead the Tide back to the promised land.

In January 1997 Nick Saban came to Tuscaloosa and the rest is HISTORY.

Love SEC football! Maybe because I’m a transplant I want every SEC team to win when they are not playing BAMA

    I'll try and reply more to comments, but I just don't always have the time. I've been with B/R for a little over a year now and have posted almost 1,400 comments. Sometimes I just don't have the opportunities to go back and check all the comments.

    LB owned a staffing agency so he had a lot of time on his hands to write for B/R and keep up with the comments on his articles. Not all of us are so lucky :(

    Hey buddy, I'm upright and laptopping from the hospital... I made it thru with 2 stints and at least a year of Plavix treatment ahead of me, but other than that, just fine!
