About

I grew up playing soccer, softball, volleyball and golf. Unfortunately, my pro career didn't take off *quite* as planned, so I scrapped that notion and resorted to watching athletes in all of their glory.

When I graduated from UCLA in 2010, I started my career in advertising. One of my clients worked with Fox Sports Network, so I was able to continue my sports obsession—and get paid to do so! Because of this, I went to the first PAC 12 Championship game in Portland, which is my best memory of the job.

I'm currently living in South Korea and working as an English teacher while participating in the Bleacher Report Copy Editing Internship Program. In the meantime, I'm also considering taking up roller derby; I miss shoulder-checking people.

Appreciate the edits on my article. Thanks for your time. (Russell or Jordan? Yes, I'm one of those people who voted for Bill Russell, but I'm a Celtics enthusiast....)
