Gary's Bio
Gary Whittaker has been a freelance writer for over 15 years, on a variety of subjects ranging from sports, politics, dieting, and wine. You can still read up on some of his more popular articles like "The 3-Pointer" and his top ten lists that can be found on a large amount of internet sports sites.
Gary Whittaker can now be found behind a microphone as the host of "The Franchise" on CJLO, Montreal's Underground Radio. You can find the same kind of reckless abandon he brought to his articles now voiced in his own unique style. Gary's candid vision of the world used to be a must to read, and now becomes a must to hear live. No matter where you are, you can listen to show on CJLO via the internet, or by downloading a podcast of the show.
He is hoping to realize his dream of working full time in radio can help him achieve the ultimate success by being on TSN's OFF THE RECORD with Michael Landsberg. Until then, he will be continuing to interview local talent in both the MMA and Boxing world.
If you want Gary Whittaker at your event in Montreal, drop him a line at thefranchise@cjlo.com.
