Hey

Ya, I was an editor here on bleacher report for a while, but I don't do it full time anymore. However, If you have anything that needs an edit just send me a post and I'll try my best to look it over when I have the time.

As for the hockey team, anything's possible with the way the markets are running these days. Winning a cup this year on the other hand, not so sure about, but they are definitely on the right track in rebuilding the frandchise.

Thanks for reading and commenting on another of my articles, John. But Detroit is against Hamilton getting a franchise but not necessarily anti-Balsillie. Detroit wants to move into the Eastern Conference so that they will play more traditional rivals like Toronto and Montreal and can play more games in the eastern time zone. If Phoenix is shifted to Hamilton, it will be more difficult for them to be accommodated. Of course the solution would be to expand the NHL by adding two western teams and shifting Detroit and Hamilton to the east. The other thing I might take you to task with is if Balsillie gets into the NHL, how much influence will the other owners allow him at the board table given their violent hatred of him?

Thanks for reading and commenting on my article, John. Bettman is the perfect tool of the old-boys NHL board of governors. He defends the alliance between greedy Canadian owners who want to preserve their tv money and in Toronto's case, it's southern Ontario monopoly, and ignorant American owners who don't care about Canada.

to be perfectly honest with you, ive been so damn busy at work i havent had the chance to write about how i feel about him getting out. i have been reading alot of news articles that have came up about him and just read one of my favorite ones right before i got on here. and by "my most favorite" i mean the one that has pissed me off the most. it was written by george willis of the new york post and he said that vicks sentence was "excessive" and goes on to talk about poor vick this and poor vick that and "He had to give back $20 million of a $37 million signing bonus, he declared bankruptcy, he lost his freedom, he lost endorsements, he lost his status and he lost his job. What more does Vick owe?" i was just thinking to myself REALLY??? oh and the BEST part of this article was when they compare michael vick to others who did wrong and got second chances: "Vick deserves a second chance just like many other athletes, politicians, actors and even preachers have gotten." i'm sorry i realize that all these other people he's comparing vick to have done very wrong also...but i still do not believe that its comparable. im sorry. i know theres a million others who dont agree but oh well.

Yes, the Hatcher incident was in Crosby's rookie season. It's gonna be great this year when all the Philly Faithful will be thinking Pronger is going to intimidate and crush Crosby. The thing is, Crosby doesn't care... He is fearless. He goes out and takes on the toughest guys on the ice. he goes to the dirty places on the ice and gets hammered, then comes out with the puck and makes a play. I loved the series this year against the Capitals. Everyone was saying how Crosby can't score goals - and he had the same amount as Ovie. In fact, Crosby was the leading goal scorer in the entire SCP this year.

Yeah, I hope to GOD no one will ever sign him on. I hope they're not that stupid because if you've ever seen an event that the humane society shows up to, they don't play around and whichever team decides to take on that piece of trash is gonna be boycotted pretty seriously. Of course there is always gonna be the "loyal" football fans who could give a shit less what kind of person he is... they just care about what kind of quarterback he is... I do consider 2 years in jail a slap on the wrist actually and especially since he got out and just went right back to his lovely life in his mansion where all his dirty deeds went down. That place should have been bulldozed in my opinion along with all his bullshit football junk inside it. I've been keeping up with him since all of that went down and have read about quite a few different teams that were looking into taking him on. How much of it is actually true you can never tell but I guess we shall see!!!
