About Brian »

I'm an aspiring writer and avid football and baseball fan from New York. I root for the Yankees and Jets, and shamefully, the Dodgers. I'm also a recovering Fantasy Football and Baseball addict, and write about real sports events and their fantasy impact.

The Yankees have put together an unbelievable streak of magical wins, but is Yankee Stadium and its short right field porch New York’s “magic wand?” Can sitting back and waiting for a solo HR really translate to October success?

Thanks in advance! I would love to hear your feedback and comments. Take care.

Cody Ransom has become a running joke in Yankee communities across the US in chat rooms, Twitter, blogs, message boards, etc.

His “bromance” with manager Joe Girardi has emphasized this fan disdain, and I have created a Top 10 list of unknown Ransom “facts” in this banter’s honor.

Thanks in advance! I hope you enjoy it, and I would love to hear your feedback.
