About Benjamin »

I'm a super senior at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Wash., and my life seems to revolve around sports. I used to play baseball and football in high school and even managed to play two seasons of junior college ball in San Jose, Calif. Now that I hung up my spikes for good, I wanted to stay involved in sports anyway possible. So I decided to major in journalism and broadcasting and one day hope to be a sports journalist.

Since I was raised in Northern California, I've had a live long affair with the Oakland A's (jumping on the band wagon after the 1989 series), San Francisco 49ers (Raiders were in LA at the time, besides how could you not love Joe Cool), and the Sacramento Kings (Mitch Richmond: one of the most underrated stars of the 90s).
