Five Reasons Why the Tide Will Roll Through the SEC

Ben has yet to fill out a bio.
Oh.. well now I see the man behind the decency. The Lamar strip should be reason enough for us to learn to curb our tongue. I think angels gave Teague wings that day.

Ben, looking through your article and your comments I thought I would pose a question for you that maybe could be a good article.
From your perspective (assuming you have watched nearly all Alabama games and maybe even some practices) what are the strengths/weaknesses of Rolando McClain and Terrence Cody playing in different NFL defensive schemes.
Based on Cody's size everyone projects him as a Nose Tackle for a 3-4 alignment, or a NT in a Under/Over front like a Tampa-2.
Does he really have the strength and footwork to take on two NFL offensive linemen at the same time and create enough havoc that he commands a double team?
Where do you see McClain fitting in? Can he play the SILB in a 3-4 set, or would he be better as a SOLB?
Would love to get some more detailed insight, as I think a great many Denver Broncos fans (like myself) see Rolando McClain being a great "thumper" next to D.J. Williams for us with the 11th pick.
Thanks!
Scott
