University of Iowa grad living in Dallas, TX where I work as a Copywriter and Communications Specialist.

During an internship at a Dallas ad agency, a client requested copy for Mark Cuban to tweet during a promotion we ran with the Mavs. Predictably, Mr. Cuban tweeted his own copy on his own schedule. Our client was perplexed by this and asked me to get things back on schedule - have an unpaid intern set the billionaire owner straight by stressing the importance of sticking to a game plan.

B/R provides a great platform to write about sports, and the peace of mind that comes with never having to tangle with the guy in the far left chair on Shark Tank.

Well thank you! I appreciate that. That diatribe cracked me up, especially considering I was wearing my USC 2004 national champs sweatshirt as he was accusing me of anti-USC propaganda.

Thanks for becoming a fan, Blake! How are you liking B/R so far? Your writing is terrific by the way. I especially enjoyed your piece on Penn State fans and ultimately what's to come for that school overall. Thanks again!
