About Charles »

I am a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a B.A. in History and a focus in American Constitutional Law. I am a fanatical follower of Michigan Wolverines football with an assortment of aspirations. I love analyzing and writing about sports, and hope to one day be able cover my team at a closer proximity. I also love music and I have a unique talent for hip/hop and r&b that I am developing in my spare time. I love sports, music and comedy as well, with a knack for imitating celebrities. My dream career would be to work as hard as I can to be a college football analyst, and be involved in the sport in any way shape or form. I put a great deal of work into my articles, and I'm still trying to hone my craft as a writer to be the best I can possibly be...ultimately though, beyond being fairly analytical I am an entertainer who loves to creatively and passionately stimulate people into new ways of thinking and feeling. I believe most 'artforms' aren't just art, however, they are a science...so I'm more concrete than I am abstract in my thinking. I am very driven about something if I love it, like writing about college football for example. Anyways, anything else you want to know just ask me.

P.S. I just recently wrote an article that appeared on cbssports.com, which I feel very excited and fortunate about.

While I usually don't promote articles, I saw fit to promote this one. I feel people are not paying attention to what this article is about. They probably should. No matter if you are a fan of Florida or LSU, this is something you need to remember going into tomorrow night.

I have to admit after watching yesterday's Michigan vs Indiana game I did like some of Forcier's play in the 4th quarter.

I want to see how Michigan plays against a good defense before I label him a stud though.

Michigan does have a good situation at QB though, especially considering Forcier must play 3 years before he can even think of being drafted.

Rodriguez will turn Michigan into a contender again because he's providing an offense that is vastly different than anything the big schools (Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State) run in the Big Ten. He's going against the grain by bringing in the type of players he's brought in that aren't your typical Michigan players.

He's providing a foundation that'll compete with the big schools from other conferences again.

Next year you'll be able to post regularly about how good your team is and everyone including myself will believe you. This team is young, loaded, but inexperienced. I would be stoked if I were a Michigan fan too because the future looks bright.

We might disagree on Forcier's development at this point, but make no mistake, I do like the kid and believe he's got talent to be a great college QB in time.

Charles—As a fellow Big Ten fan, I'm interested in your opinion on who will actually win the title this season. Seems like it could be a very competitive year in the Big Ten.

Wermers left Michigan after being declared academically ineligible...apparently his problems with family values didn't include lying.

Woah...sorry about the overload on edits and feedback! I kept getting an error message, so I wasn't sure if it was going through or not (happens occasionally on the site). Good job on your preview, though!
