I am a 22-year old college student (Biology major) from New York state. I have a minor interest in journalism, particularly when I do not have a story idea to write about. My main interests generally include science and tech news (and social network related news), but I also like to write about wrestling, at least in the forum setting.
Pro Wrestling: I have been watching wrestling since around the age of 5. Through much of the 1990s, I was a fan of WCW until 1998 (when I began watching sporadically). I watched WWF on and off from 1998 until 2001 when I stopped following wrestling all together. I began watching wrestling again around 2003. I discovered TNA Wrestling in 2005 and have been following both TNA and WWE on and off ever since. I'm always on the wrestling news sites looking up the latest "news" from behind the scenes, so I suppose you could categorize me somewhere in between a casual fan and a smark.
MMA: I started watching MMA last year after listening to Between the Ropes talk about it every week on their show. I started off by buying several UFC dvds while at the store one day and moved on from there. I also watched both "primetime" shows EliteXC had on CBS.
I've written an article about the most under-rated wrestler in professional wrestling today, Booker T. I think that this piece is probably my best so far, so your input would be much appreciated.
The latest edition of ECW Epics is out! I would really appreciate it if you could take a look at it, and maybe leave a comment.
