About Thomas »

I am a freelance sportswriter. It's a decent living if you can nail down some good jobs and I have been fortunate enough to get a couple.

College football is by far my favorite sport of all-time and most likely what I will be writing about most often here at Bleacher Report. Either that or the NFL but most likely football-related.

I love option football and Bobby Johnson for bringing it back to the national stage. Any offense run to perfection is tough to stop.

I decided to join Bleacher Report because I'm a simple guy who likes to write about sports, even if it's for free. I also like to discuss sports with other people just like myself and when you write for a magazine you don't always get to do that.

Some sportswriters think they are doing important work. I am not one of those people. I just write about sports and for some reason every now and then I get a paycheck. So I am looking forward to getting feedback here.

I understand that not everyone is going to agree with everything I write and that's fine. That's what makes sports great and I love open discussion. Heck, you may even get me to change my mind every now and then. The only thing I ask is you treat me with respect, and I promise to do the same.

Feel free to stop by anytime and say hi or ask me to check out one of your articles.
