I said the call on the goalkeeper was correct. I never said anything about the ensuing penalty.

No one is saying that the call for holding the ball too long by a keeper is wrong, although, I have never seen it called before at this level. The penalty was absolutely ridiculus. There was aabsolutely no way that the defender could have gotten out of the way. So therefore it's a no call. I have played and reffed for over 30 years. That was a bad call. Period. You obviously are showing your bias in your article.
