Dusan's Bio
I'm a student at Green Mountain College double-majoring in communications and history, and minoring in psychology. I adore the Olympics, and all there is about them (well, almost everything)!
As for specific sports, I try keeping track of swimming, track and field, water polo, basketball, volleyball, and American football. I'm not a big fan of soccer, though I enjoy playing it.
Originally born in Belgrade, Serbia!

Hey Dusan—Max Tcheyan here, a Bleacher Report Community Coordinator.
I've been spending time reading our Olympics-related articles and read a couple of your old articles. Really on-point analysis...you do good work.
Given that you haven't written in a while, I thought I'd check in and see if you're interested in picking up your coverage again. What do you say?
If not, it would be great if you could give me some feedback on why you decided to stop writing and what we could have done to better serve you. If you wouldn't mind, please shoot me a line at mtcheyan@bleacherreport.com with any thoughts.
Thanks so much,
Max

Hey Dusan! Thank you for the tips, I actually just got your little editing tip and honestly didn't even know that existed! Feel free to speculate anything I write, I'll definitely need it!!!!! Take care bro!

Dusan, I need a good editor like you on this one if you have time, it has only been self-edited.

What an awesome story!!! Just a shame you have not got the photo but who knows, with all the publicity Cavic will no doubt get, maybe it will turn up somewhere! Sounds like you were a pretty handy swimmer yourself, being a national champion is certainly something to be very proud of!

Ha, I thought as much. Your earlier article made me really aware of Cavic, and I did think he was going to do it. The way it ended, though, you wonder if it is just destiny for Phelps to win 8.
Both races were absolutely epic - perfect examples why we love the Olympics so much! And yes, I will let you off for only seeing the replay of the 100m - but only if you will forgive me for doing the same thing with the fly final! I was just not committed enough to get up that early - fair play to you for managing it!

Quick question Dusan - who were you supporting this morning? Did you have some divided loyalties? Great commitment to get up so early for it, even though it did mean you missed one of the greatest individual performances ever!

Thanks! I'd appreciate if you don't do too much with the Zimbabwe story, as I'm planning to do a feature piece on it in 2009 if I can find someone willing to fund me going to Zimbabwe and South Africa (about 1/2 of the former players live in South Africa now).

That's the best article on it that I know of.
Nothing was written about the Lesotho boxing player. I picked that weightlifter because she was the most recent one I had seen and probably had the nicest smile. I could have picked numerous people in that same vein.
Anyway, thanks for the edits and I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Cheers for edit Dusan - and the very kind words! I hoped you might like it. I too have just started the Bleacher Report editing internship, and so am slowly becoming away of the huge number of talented writers in this place. For you to say what you did means a lot, although I don't know if it is quite true just yet! Nevertheless, it inspires me to keep writing and trying to improve!
Thanks a lot,
Alex
P.S. Your boy Phelps sure is repaying the faith! Although I agree, Cavic looks the one real obstacle he still has to overcome.

Hey Dusan,
Just tried my hand at another Olympic article - http://bleacherreport.com/articles/47578-forget-rivalry-the-usa-should-embrace-chinas-success - and thought you might fancy taking a look. If you wanted to give it an edit while you were there (at the moment it is getting a bit lost in the pile) then I would really appreciate it!
Thanks,
Alex
