Chandra's Bio

Hey there, I'm Chandra. I'm one of those strange girls who loves sports! My dad has coached baseball, basketball, football, and volleyball since I was little and most people in my family are very active in athletics (though that's not what got me interested), so maybe its not that strange for me to follow sports after all.

Hailing from the state of Wisconsin, twenty minutes from the Frozen Tundra of Lambeau Field, I am of course a die hard Packers fan (even without Brett Favre). I am also known to make a pilgrimage or two to Miller Park every summer, knowing someday the Brew Crew will take the World Series by storm! Finally, during basketball season I can be seen cheering On Wisconsin as the Badgers dominate the Big 10.

While on Bleacher Report I hope to feed my fire for sports and writing through editing mostly and possibly writing an article or two. Now if you've read this whole thing I think it is high time you start reading some articles. Trust me, they are worth your time far more than this bio! :)

  3. Rivalries...An essential part of sports today. There are so many, but today I look at the most famous feud in sports being the Boston Red Sox/ New York Yankees feud. For over 100 years, these two teams had been at each other's throats in hopes to win it all in the Fall Classic. So many historic moments that it would be hard to recap their entire history. Here is a short summary of sports' most well known rivalry

They talk about wrestling the whole time and they don't go until they run out of stuff to talk about. This week and every week Joe and his co-host Cameron discuss the biggest topics of the week, if you can make it... you won't be disappointed. Check them out every Saturday 8/7c and check me out this Saturday as we will have a special guest!
