Welcome to the BestonSports! This is Micky Best, former sports and entertainment writer for Singles Magazine making a return. Been missing it too long and now with all the excitement of 24/7 sports, there is no better time then the present. I hope to bring exciting new perspective on the Flyers from a die hard fan since the 1970's (when I was 2-just kidding), as well as some insight into some teams you only heard about in passing. I also am very much into fitness and have a fitness guru with 30 years experience who can lend his expertise in strength, conditioning and overall health and well being. To boldly go where no woman has gone before-THE PENALTY BOX (ok maybe once at a concert because they left it up)
