About Tom »

I'm a life-long Cincinnati Bengals and Reds fan. There have been times over the years that I wish I wasn't, but alas, there is no way I could ever replace either team. I sincerely love to share stories and views with everyone. I'm a retired firefighter/paramedic. I was diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease in 1997 at the age of 31. Parkinsons can't kill me. I view it as a minor inconvenience, not a debilitating disease. I work with the mentally challenged and love my job. It is so nice when you are employed for the sole purpose of making life better for the residents. They are challenged but definitely not stupid.
