Played football since pre-school.
Got into a terrible / freak injury during middle school. Confined to therapy and swimming.
Recovered a bit. Trained Muay thai (up to law school days) to regrow leg strength.
Injury recurs and was sidelined from contact sports. Focused on my law practice instead.
Felt my legs/knees are doing fine again. Tried to take a crack at it once more but to no avail.
Decided to pursue BJJ now. Working on it for more than a year already.
Got beaten up pretty bad during an exhibition. Now eating through a tube.
( I have feeling contact sports is not for me but let's see where this leads me... ☺)
Oh and yes, I like MMA too!
