About Mandala »

I'm a 30-something guy from South Africa with a keen interest in all sports. I enjoy watching most sport, especially tennis, rugby, cricket.
I run a meridian tapping (EFT) practice/consultancy which (amongst other things) helps sport people better all aspects of their 'game' from injury rehabilitation to improved performance.

I am currently studying to become an accredited Pilates instructor.
