  1. Hey, just wanted to let you know I started a new site for Chicago sports fans.

  2. Which of the NFL's undefeated teams will take their first loss this week?

I've got my predictions and analysis including a big upset!

    Check it out:

  3. What did you think of the Packers - Bears game? I went back and studied the film to come up with some surprising observations, including the key play in the game that everyone has overlooked.

  4. Hey, I just completed my second article on Duke Football, trying to become a Duke Football Featured Columnist. I preview the Top 5 Offensive Players to keep an eye on in 2009. Since I am trying to become a FC, please leave any feedback that you can, what I should do differently next time, things I can do to improve the article, etc. Thanks in advance. I appreciate the support!

  5. I am so annoyed by the Chicago Media over reacting to one preseason game

  6. Why does ESPN always have to make it about the Red Sox and Yankees. Here is my response.

  7. http://chicitysports.com/2009/07/31/looking-for-writers/

New Chicago Sports site ....www.chicitysports.com...is looking for writers. Dedicated writers who want their work to be featured on our site need to check this out. The site features news/updates for all Chicago area teams. So far we're looking for writers for the Bears, Cubs, White Sox, Bulls, and Blackhawks. Your work is good so I hope you decide to give it a look.

  8. Is Ben Roethlisberger more clutch than Tom Brady and the rest of the league? I've created a new measure to test quarterback "clutchness". FInd out how Jay Cutler faired.

  9. Jared,
Here's an update on a relatively unknown Bear: http://bleacherreport.com/articles/218705-kellen-davis-coming-along-in-bears-plans

  10. Hey, I've been looking around this place for a while and I really like your articles. Would you be interested in posting some of your work on my football site? You could also join the forums which are great for football discussion.

Check out the site at www.thegridironpalace.com

  11. Matt Ryan had a great rookie season, winning ROY, and bringing the Falcons to the playoffs. Since then, he has been getting the hype from NFL Nation as the next big quarterback, and soon to join the NFL elite. I do think he will step his game up a notch as a quarterback, and herss why:

    Appreciate Feedback!

  12. Thanks for coming to bat for me in the Jake Delhomme article. IMO if Jake does not improve his TD-INT ratio, then the Panthers should take the cap hit, cut him, and move on. Jake's been a warrior throughout his career and it has been great to watch, but this is a business and you gotta do what's best for the organization. I'll be reading your article in the future as you post them. Take care.
