Its not just about severity. They're more reactive rather than proactive. The people that get reported are the ones that get banned. So if someone reports you for saying something then you'd get banned. That's why people who say worse are okay, because people dont report it.

But you could say that it WOULD give him the reaction and help him out. An entrance music change back to End of Days would really help out, but imagine the infinite heat from ending the streak. That's a reaction that he will draw for the rest of his life. What do you think of that? He's definitely unique, and I think this would be a good direction for him you know?
