Sounds like they are selling it to a Cuban national, which frankly wouldn't change much. But I've long been a fan of Mark Cuban being the next Cubs owner. I've even written about it in some of my earlier articles.
He's a history buff, so he wouldn't want to ruin Wrigley. He's a winner, so much so that he fired one of the best coaches in the NBA. He alone sells tickets, which is better than trying to market the "lovable losers" slogan. To be perfectly honest, there is no one better suited to be the next owner of the Chicago Cubs than Mark Cuban. However, knowing the Cubs front office they'll try to keep it locally owned. Not a bad idea since it's a special franchise, but I wonder if that's going to help this team at all.
Hehe, don't get me started, I'm hard to stop.
