Paul Magno is an American ex-pat living in Mexico. He's a licensed official and judge in the state of Michoacan in Mexico as well as a part time trainer/promoter/consultant. Recently, he's worked with Ruben Olivares and Lupe Pintor as well as dozens of upcoming Mexican fighters.
