I've been a fan of MMA since the first UFC videos found their way into my local video store when I was still in grade school. I can proudly say that I own every UFC fight on video (not easy to procure, trust me) as well as every Pride and Rings event. As MMA has evolved into the incredible sport it is today I have become more involved with the varity of martial disciplines that exist in our world and follow them with great interest. My favorite aspect of MMA is the courage and perseverance displayed by the best fighters. My reason for joining this site is to bring some levity and understanding to the media surrounding MMA; often writers use these sites to boost the fame of fighters they like and defame those they do not. Ultimately, every fighter deserves respect, and the sport itself deserves great respect.
