People are somehow blaming Peyton Manning for the Colts loss to the Jets.
Hey, check out my new article, do you believe the Patriots' dynasty is now over? See for yourself!
Yes Kyle, I am back...check out my latest story:

Kyle, as usual your article was a good read.
However, I do have a different take: this is a new coach, and Peyton Manning believes in momentum; I think he has more influence now in the Colts organization than ever in the past.
Though I agree with you that the Colts won't pursue perfection for perfection's sake, they may very well keep their foot on the gas peddle this year.
I am very interested to see how Caldwell handles things assuming we get the one seed wrapped up next week. As he let us know when he took over, he's not Tony Dungy.
My guess is that how he plays out the rest of the season will be somewhere between what Bill Belichick did in 2007 and what Tony Dungy did when he was the coach.
Given, that I don't think the Colts will shut it down, once they get things wrapped up, I expect the Colts to go into the playoffs much sharper this year than seasons past. This is also why I believe we will not witness another one and done year.
