About Lou »

Lou DiPietro is a Philadelphia Eagles Featured Columnist who joined the Bleacher Report team in May 2009.

Prior to coming to B/R, Lou spent a year covering the Eagles and the NFL at large for Real Football 365 (www.realfootball365.com). While there, he spearheaded coverage of the 2009 NFL Draft and frequently appeared on ESPN 1080-AM Orlando's "Sport Buffet with Matt West" as an NFL Draft analyst. Lou also covered "second-tier" Philadelphia sports for the short-lived Philly Sports Nation website and spent four years with World Wrestling Entertainment as a content editor for WWE.com.

In addition to his Featured Columnist duties, Lou currently serves as the co-host of the BUCKET podcast (www.bucketremix.com), is a Contributing Writer for both the Daily Tailgate newsletter (www.dailytailgate.com) and Pro Wrestling Illustrated Magazine and occasionally shares his views on other sports on the pages of B/R.

Lou lives in Stamford, CT and enjoys playing golf, softball and bar trivia in his spare time. And despite being born and raised in the suburbs of New York City, Lou still loves the City of Philadelphia, which he called home for five years while attending (and immediately after graduation from) Temple University.
