Hahaha, Yeah I'm forever an optimist though I try to not let it blind me. I agree though after a certain point it's easier to expect the worst that way your not disappointed when you get it.
The decline definitely has me terrified but this season seems different for some reason. Seems like we have hit rock bottom and simply have ran out of stars to sell. Anyway tying down Walcott stands out heavily in contrast to the sagas of RVP Nasri and the trend of the past 8 years as does the preemptive contracts for Wilshere and the British contigent who in two three years could be holding us hostage as well. That and the fact we have signed commercial contracts has me a bit optimistic, seems this summer will define us either we will permanently continue down the path of decline or this season will be the "darkness before the dawn" if you will.
Top four race is interesting. Seems extremely open. Barely three weeks ago we got our asses handed to us by spurs, leaving us with a 7 point deficit and no confidence . Now three weeks later it could be one point if we win our game in hand. Chelsea is regaining form but they not only have a congested schedule because of the cups they are in but them and spurs have much tougher EPL schedules left.
Hey, thanks for the comment. Glad someone appreciates my comments. It's a bit of both yes I have been busy, but at the same time I am a bit fed up with a lot of the articles. It seems a bit of the same few topics are being recycled but there is little that can change until the summer. I am really looking forward to the summer and want to see how the end of the season plays out.
