I grew up in Atlanta rooting for the Braves, Falcons, and Hawks. I've spent most of my adult years in and out of Florida, the source of some of America's greatest talent in professional sports.

I have a B.S. in journalism and I've had NBA, NFL, MLB, and college football articles featured or linked at cbssports.com, usatoday.com, boston.com (Boston Globe), latimes.com, and other websites. I've also been published in the Orlando Sentinel covering tennis and the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association.

I enjoy football, basketball, and baseball but I also like to follow golf, NASCAR, tennis, and track and field.

Dang! I knew I had the opportunity of a lifetime to go after our rival teams in that one, ha! But didn't want b/r to delete my work, LOL!

Thanks so much for the edits and your positive feedback, Gabriel. I really appreciate it. I had told another editor that I'd use full names for players when they were mentioned for the first time in the article, guess I haven't learned. Thanks for fixing that.
