Hi, I am Lance and I am originally from Seattle, Washington but now I live in upstate New York.

I am a transplanted Buffalo Bills fan and also a devout Seahawks fan...I used to love the Mariners and Supersonics, but I've dropped those two.

I am retired from the US Army after 23 years of service and earned my Bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale--Go Salukis! I hold an MBA from Touro University and ride my Harley in my freetime.

I write about the NFL, mainly the Bills and Seahawks, to hone my writing skills and to see if anyone shares my opinions.
