I have been freelance writing for over 20 years. My passion for football came from a father who craved football as much as brownies. Football was a regular part of the year in our home; as common as the seasons. There's nothing better then the screaming and yelling of thousands of fans cheering on their favorite team. The thrill of victory; the sadness that comes with defeat. No matter what, football catches you by storm. Personally, the thing I enjoy the most, are those games in my brothers living room as the house divides with each group supporting their team. Chanting, taunting, screaming and yelling........yes....this is football and I love it!

    Patsy,
    hope that everything's going well with you. During my few months here on b/r, I've noticed that you churn out excellent work that goes largely unnoticed.
    I was wondering if you might be interested in writing some Jaguar content that will be better received and appreciated.
    I've just been put in charge of the Jag blog for this site called sportsscribes.net. Not only am I responsible for writing and posting my work to the site, but I've also been charged with assembling a staff of writers (if I choose to).
    And this is where you come in...
    I was wondering if you might want to be one of the Jaguar writers. I can tell you right now that the position wouldn't be paid initially. But I'm getting half the add revenue of the blog, so if we can make it good, my hope is that we can ALL get paid.
