Im Nick Maxson, a Junior at Iowa State University and i am studying Sports Journalism with a Kinesiology minor. Im 22 from Apple Valley, MN and I love to write about hockey. Its my favorite sport and i have played the game since i was 5 years old. I played all through the junior system and even played for my University in 2007. I have an extensive knowledge of the game and a hug passion for the sport. My dream job would have me be the play by play announcer for a NHL team on T.V. The game of hockey runs through my blood and i wouuld love to share that excitment I have with everyone watching at their homes. I would like to make them feel like they have glass seats near center ice sitting right in the stands with the rest of the crowd. My favorite teams are the Minnesota Wild, followed by the Calgary Flames and the San Jose Sharks. If anyone has any questions, comments, story ideas or would love to talk about hockey im always availible. to reach me, my e-mail is: maxson05@gmail.com
