Jack of many trades, master of few...

While watching television or listening to the radio, I often find myself saying aloud what the broadcast teams are 5 minutes away from discussing on-air. This trend heartens me as well as disappoints me. It encourages me because I feel I have a "feel" (whatever that means) for pro sports and a passion for absorbing information to relate that feel to. It disappoints me because I feel like I'm late to the party and everyone already drank all the beer...

Whether I have the aptitude to be more than a contributor here, or anywhere for that matter, remains to be seen. But I definitely have the desire to do so, and really that's all I can ask for. I'm hoping to turn this branch in my life (professional and personal) into something meaningful, fun and one day profitable. I only wish I had more time to dedicate to this, being a continuing education college student and full time manager, because I have a genuine love for it and want to be a better writer as time goes by.
