  • Favorite Athletes

Reggie Miller (Retired Pacers Shooting Guard)Rick "The Dunking Dutchman" Smits (Retired Pacers Center)Jim Harbaugh (Retired Colts QB & Stanford Head Coach)Marvin Harrisson (Soon to be retired Colts WR)Peyton Manning (Colts all-time greatest QB)Larry "Legend" Bird (Former Celtic player, Indiana Pacers Coach, and Pacers President)

  • Favorite Sports Teams

Indiana Pacers, Indianapolis Colts, IUPUI Jaguars, IU Hoosiers, Cincinnati Reds

  • Favorite Coaches

Ron, Hunter, Bob Knight, Ted Marchibroda, Larry Bird, Tony Dungy, Tom Crean

  • All Time Sports Moment

When the Indianapolis Colts won the Superbowl in 2006-2007

  • Most Memorable Game Attended

Game six of the 1998 Eastern Conference Finals.Reggie and the Pacers won to push a game 7 with the Bulls in Chicago. The Pacers started off 8 of 8 and then eventually lost to the Bulls. For a moment, it looked like the Pacers were finally going to make it to the NBA Finals and would do it through the best team in the NBA (Michael Jordon's Bulls).

  • Ruth or Mays?

Ruth... come on.. its not even close. Ruth pitched and hit. Besides... you have to give style points to anyone that parties like Ruth did and still shows up to the ballpark.

  • Unitas or Montana?

I'm a Colts fan, but I'm from the era of Montana. Joe just made too many 4th quarter come-backs.

  • Jordan or Russell?

Again... I'm of the Jordan era. Anyone that watched this guy knows that no one (NO ONE) could touch him.

  • Gretzky or Orr?

    Who cares... its hockey.

  • Pele or Maradona?

    huh?

  • Federer or Sampras?

    Sampras.

  • Tiger or Nicklaus?

Have tiger play nickalaus with 1980's equipment and lets see what happens. I know those Nike's are pretty bad, but come on. Lets see if Tiger can finish out his career strong. If so.. maybe Tiger is the best.

  • Petty or Earnhardt?

    3

  • Schumacher or Senna?

Schumacher dominated for too long. He owns that sport.

  • Pac 10, Big 12, Big 10, SEC, ACC, or Big East?

Big 10 all the way. IU.. ... IU.. ... IU.

  1. What up everyone? I wrote an article about the changes here on B/R over the last couple of months, and about some of the things that we used to have, that we don't anymore. If you could, check it out.

    http://bleacherreport.com/articles/261261-dear-bleacher-report-please-bring-back-the-old-format

As I have said in the past, many times, I am not on here for AOTD votes, but I believe that if enough of you give me your AOTD vote, then maybe the higher ups will bring back some of the things that are gone.

Thanks a bunch, I really appreciate it.

    Nick

  2. New article about the breakout defensive backs for this season! Check it out if you have time. Thanks.

  3. Why does Peyton Manning take so few sacks? What kind of role does do quarterbacks play in their own sack totals?

    http://bleacherreport.com/articles/233697-why-does-peyton-manning-take-so-few-sacks

  4. Man how have you been able to get your work featured on websites like cbssports.com and foxsports.com? I just got my first article published on a Yahoo! sports blog. Right now it's up to about 1,740 reads. Let me know if you have any advice, and I will let you know my thoughts when I get back from Colts Camp on Tuesday evening. Thanks.

  5. An old series of mine that is now a new series to b/r

  6. Was Michael Vick a worthy NFL starting quarterback even before he went to prison?

    http://bleacherreport.com/articles/229610-was-michael-vick-a-worthy-nfl-starting-qb-even-before-going-to-prison

  7. Have you ever wondered why some people tend to dislike Peyton Manning?

Here's my response to an article published in the New York Times that attempted to uncover the reasons behind this trend as I question the validity of the explanations provided.

    http://bleacherreport.com/articles/227774-10-reasons-not-to-like-peyton-manning-exposes-an-abundance-of-tomfoolery

So do we reasonable motives to dislike this guy so much?

    You tell me.

    Hope to see you there,
    -Ryan Michael

  9. I recently had the privilege of getting to do an exclusive interview with Johnny Unitas' grandson, J. C. Unitas.

I had a number of questions for him and he had many great things to share. If you have a moment, please feel free to check out what he had to say...

Any thoughts you might have on the subject would be of the utmost value.

  10. NFL Network counted down the Top-10 Quarterbacks to have ever been selected number one overall. John Elway, Terry Bradshaw, & Troy Aikman were all placed ahead of Peyton Manning.

But did they deserve to be?

I took a deeper look into the careers of all four quarterbacks to provide a better perspective...

    http://bleacherreport.com/articles/223061-elway-bradshaw-aikman-better-than-manning-shame-on-you-nfl-network

If you have a free moment, I'd love to hear your thoughts on the matter.

    Thanks,
    -Ryan Michael
