A Wild Decade of Cleveland Indians Baseball
12/31/2009
Hey everyone, I'm Nino, a MLB Community Leader here at B/R. If you ever have any questions leave me a note on my board. I try to read as many articles on the MLB section as I can but obviously I can't get to all of them and I apologize in advance if I can't leave a comment. Just know I do my best to read it if you take the time to write it, but between school or my job and all the other things I've committed to, time or my energy tend to get low.
My favorite sports are football and baseball. But I'm a baseball nut and I'm a die hard Indians fan, and as you can tell that's pretty much the only Ohio team I like, that doesn't really make me popular around my area. Not that I had a shot at that to begin with.
I run a complete blog that covers everything Cleveland Indians. Check out the my website link on the side if you hate me or like the Indians. I waste a lot of time updating useful roster pages and photoshoping Indians players onto heads of Super Mario characters.
I'm a proud Zip as I'm currently double majoring in Mass Media News Communication and Interpersonal and Public Communication at the University of Akron.
Other Things you should know about me: If I'm in in the car alone listening to the Indians, I will scream at the radio, it gets violent. I watch way too much television as well and have too many favorite TV shows. Back to baseball for a second. I have a passion for the game and enjoy watching it day in and day out even if my team is nauseating. I believe that is part of the beauty of the sport that makes it what it is. I've never played the game but appreciate it so much by just watching some of the players in this day and age give it their all.
Anyway, back to stuff that is less-serious. I still love the e-trade baby commercial and have a new found hatred for this AM PM commercial that is running constantly, now that the Cuba Gooding Jr. one has stopped airing. I have a weird obsession with mediocre like baseball players such as Jody Gerut and I tend to make them out to be god-like players, for some ungodly reason. I also have an extreme dislike for Jack Cust, I don't know why. I believe I know everything there is to know about everything, I have an extremely rare sense of humor that almost no one understands, but I'm sure the fact that I think the e-trade baby commercial are funny clued you into that. I also used the word extreme a lot there. I do that too.
I tend to ramble a lot, sometimes incoherently, which is probably what I'm doing now. I love to ramble, but I guess I'm starting to near the 3,000 character limit. So I'll cut it short and remove the previously awesome joke I had.
Again, If you ever have any questions, please leave a note on my board or try and send me an e-mail at ncolla29 (at) gmail dot com. Just don't spam me, I don't want to help you transport 500,000,000 dollars into the United States, as enticing as that sounds.
Greetings!
Have a new article just out of the oven looking at the Dodger starting pitching. Get it while it's hot!

Great job Lewie. You know, if the Indians hadn't unloaded Gutierrez and he came to fruition with the Tribe, that deal for Bradley would have been...
Lewie Pollis replied…
Poor Ricky Gutierrez--he got so much crap from us fans for not playing like Robbie Alomar....

Of course, it goes both ways--a lot of now-established players have come through our system and...
Reason 1: It will be this team's down fall this year if there is one (and odds are likely that there will be one). No question...
Hey Daniel!
As an Indians community, every year in-season we conduct a round-table among the community members. Samantha Bunten runs it and we rotate the members on a weekly basis. If you have any interest, it'd be cool if you could take part. Let her know your e-mail.
