About

I am a 25-year-old graduate of Illinois State University, where I majored in Public Relations and also dabbled in radio production and promotions. I currently work for three different radio stations, and do all I can to get my hand on anything sports-related. I am a part-time sports producer for WGN Radio Chicago, where I produce Chicago Blackhawks and Cubs games and handle all pre and post-game duties.

I write on Bleacher Report whenever I'm able, and am a Featured Columnist for my hometown and beloved Chicago Bears. The 2006 season was unlike anything I've ever experienced, as the Bears went to the Super Bowl, only to fall to Peyton Manning's Colts. Nevertheless, the season gave me hope for an eventual title and has only added fuel to my Bears' fire.

I also love Notre Dame sports, the Cubs (even though I'm a south-sider), the Bulls, and Blackhawks.

Chicago is a sports-driven town that I love with all of my heart. The chance to eventually work for one of my teams keeps me going and remains my ultimate goal.

In the meantime, I hope you enjoy what I have to say and join me in some sports-talk conversations.

    Hello Ed,

As a Cub fan, I would love your opinion of an article I just wrote about what the Cubs need to do to win at Wrigley Field. I don't think they have a clue of what it takes.

Check it out and let me know if you think I'm on target.

    Thanks in advance.

I feel as though the Blazers really stole Marcus Camby away from the Clippers. What do you think?
