I think PBF is seriously one of the only fighters in the game who literally does not need a trainer. his work ethic in camps are unreal and even in the ring he analyzes and breaks each opponent down all on his own. i mean rogers literally there as moral support nothing more and PBF is having him on the payroll to keep him busy and out of trouble.

Roger is a charity case, lets call it what it is. PBF don't need Roger, hell he doesn't even need a trainer cause he's just that plain good period.
