My name is Ryan Staloff. I'm a junior at Penn State majoring in Economics and Broadcast Journalism. I am an active member of ComRadio, the student radio station at Penn State, and host and produce the basketball pre-game show for the station. I have also interned at several stations, including Westwood One Radio Sports, ESPN Radio 1450, and served as a fantasy baseball columnist for Imaginarydiamond.com

    If it interests you, don't let me sway you. It might just be that my contemporaries are risk-takers. :) I'd say go after it—or maybe dabble in something like Phroth, which would give you the print experience without being too serious.
