About

Patrick Corbet is a journalism student at Cal State Fullerton. While baseball is his first love, basketball is certainly his mistress. Growing up in Huntington Beach, Patrick fell asleep to Angel's baseball games until he was old enough to stay awake til the end of the game. The worst memory of his life is of Randy Johnson striking out Tim Salmon in the 1995 AL West one game playoff, yet the best memory of his life was celebrating the Angels 2002 World Series win with his his family. Needless to say, his blood runs full of passion for the Angels. However, Nick Van Exel and Eddie Jones won his heart as Lakers, and he has ridden the roller coaster ride known as the Los Angeles Lakers ever since. He hopes to one day write for a major sports publication and write a book somehow relating to sports.
