He also works as a play-by-play broadcaster for The Oakland Press' high school sports online radio network and as a video commentator on The Oakland Press' high school sports website, MIPrepZone.com.

He is a graduate of Oakland University's journalism department, where he also worked as the sports editor of The Oakland Post campus newspaper, covering the Golden Grizzlies.

    Re the stats—yeah, I saw that, but didn't have time to change it the way I wanted. I can't figure out how to add links to slideshows (one of the many reasons I dislike them) otherwise that's a fantastic suggestion.

    As it stands, I just wrote them in for Bonds (b/c the really need to be seen) and removed them from Grissom b/c those were unnecessary anyway.

    Anyway, appreciate the effort as always.

    Ross, thanks for the quick edits on a holiday weekend. I am fortunate enough to get to cover the Insight for BR, so glad it has a Big Ten team. Hopefully Iowa can pull out a bowl win, too!
