I'm a sports writer for The Journal Register Company, primarily working for The Oakland Press and Macomb Daily. I also work as a play-by-play broadcaster for Michigan Sports Radio.com, covering local high school and college sports around the state of Michigan. Further background includes being a journalism major at Oakland University and a Featured Columnist at the Bleacher Report. I currently reside in Rochester, MI. I love to travel and write.     Couldn't agree more. I never understood all the negativity around Stanton. He was never given a shot, and yet still criticized as a "wasted" draft pick....

    Hey Ross, thanks for the edits and feedback! For future reference, though, "CC Sabathia" is how he prefers to have his name written. In his first Yankee press conference, he made it clear that he didn't like the periods between his initials.

    Hey Ross, thanks for looking at my article but I was curious. You said no edits were necessary, but someone added "Chicago" to my headline and you show as the only editor so far. I appreciate the headline tweak, just wondering how it happened.
