I need to admit my mistake in an article I wrote a couple months ago. I wrote without having the facts about Murphy being on the practice squad and you took me to task for that. From what I've been reading about him, he sounds more like a first round pick than DHB. Murphy made the trip to Alabama to participate in JRs camp, he is doing what he feels he needs to to make the 53 man roster.
It pissed me off at first when I read your comments, but after stepping back and re-evaluating that article, thank you. I hate it when I hear or read something that I know isnt true because that person didnt have all the facts so, I was a victim of my own pet peeve.
I should not rely on the NFL network or ESPN, but wait till after reading what Jerry MacDonald has to say or the SF Gate or SACBEE. How did you get to talk to Oren? And if you get another chance let him know there is someone rooting for him to be fully recovered and knock the snot out of Merriman
