    thanks for the comment, I think that they were going to have a hard time this season even before the Kidd trade, but when they made the trade, they took a chance, and it looks like only 1 trade has really worked out this season (that being for the Lakers) while every other team (Suns, Cavs) have been having a harder time with the new acquisitions.
