Big-Name Free Agents and the 2010 Seattle Mariners

My name's Griffin, I'm 17 and a senior in high school. I live in Seattle, and to be honest, don't have any intention of ever leaving for an extended period of time.
Sports are a huge part of my life, both indirectly and directly. I would like nothing more than to 1 day be a professional sports writer.
I played baseball for 10 years until recently, and I play varsity tennis for my high school. I'm a die hard Mariners fan, and have been since I was old enough to be, even through the miserable times of 2004-2006, and of course 2008. Liking our chances this year though.
I'm also a Seahawks fan, but I really don't have the football expertise necessary to write about them, or even to talk about them in detail. Baseball is my sport, and really always has been.
I won't bore you with all the details of my life, so I'll just suffice to say that I hope you like my articles!

Not much research to do on this one Griff... and more and more people are starting to say it's plausible...
Just because someone doesn't support sabermetrics doesn't mean there logic is wrong... thats just plain ignorant...
Like I said, read my latest article, please try and comment against it, i'll be waiting for all those "holes" you find, I found a lot of those in the Mariners lineup, your too damn proud to admit our lineup needs proven power hitters with upside, theres only a couple on the market, and Bay is one of few...
His HR's and RBI's almost equal our top four OF's, thats pathetic...
