About Tommy »

I'm 17 and a freshman at Penn State Lehigh Valley. I'm originally from Broad Channel, NY, but I live in Macungie, PA now.

I'm about 5'5" with dreamy bluish eyes that women are easily lost in. I like baseball and football a lot. If you don't, chances are you suck. I like the New York Mets, New York Giants, New York Knicks, New York Rangers, and the Miami Hurricanes.

I mainly listen to rap music and I could probably school you in a freestyle battle. One time I had a battle against Jay-Z and made him cry (sorry Jigga). Nas and Eminem are my two favorite rappers, followed by Joe Budden, Jay-Z, Masta Ace, Lupe Fiasco, Kanye West, Talib Kweli, and others. I dislike most of the mainstream part of the genre.

I like playing video games, too. I have a 360 and you should probably add the gamertag MetsRule5 if you want to get a beatdown.

NFL Network counted down the Top-10 Quarterbacks to have ever been selected number one overall. John Elway, Terry Bradshaw, & Troy Aikman were all placed ahead of Peyton Manning.

But did they deserve to be?

I took a deeper look into the careers of all four quarterbacks to provide a better perspective...

If you have a free moment, I'd love to hear your thoughts on the matter.

Thanks,

Hey Tommy,

Ryan Zimmerman’s hit streak halted at 30 games last night. As one streak ends, another is admired. Read about how Joe DiMaggio forever redefined ’56,’ and how his feat may never be broken. It is a record that thankfully cannot be broken through steroid use, and represents all that was once right in a game that has since gone so wrong.

Thanks in advance!

Hey Tommy,

Lou Gehrig has somehow been forgotten amongst the game’s immortals, even though he was possibly even more of a reason for the success of Ruth’s 1927 Yankees. Read about the quiet, forgotten leader of “Murderer’s Row,” Henry Lou Gehrig.
