Joey's Bio

Whats up everyone? As you can see, my name is Joey Corso and I am a rising junior at Flint Hill School, in Oakton, Virginia. I am probaly the biggest sports freak you will every see in your life. Yes, others have made the claim, but I really can back it up. With sports on my mind all the time, and I really wish they were not, my grades tend to suffer, but as long as I can get through all will end well.

Im probaly the biggest New York Yankee's fan in the entire world and right up there with the Giants and Knicks. However, what I think makes me unique from most is my appreciation of the history of all three of these wonderful sports.

You might be suprised to hear this, but I am actually a very good runner. No, not long distance, but in the sprints. I've hit 11.1 and 22.7 in the 100 and 200, not bad for a small little white kid.

My whole life I have wanted to be a sportswriter and nothing will stop me. I have the passion and drive to get where I eventually want to be. If you post your story on your wall, I will comment and all I expect in return is that you do the same for me.

If you have any suggestions for me, feel free to share as I am always looking for ways to improve. Hope you enjoy my work and go Yankees!

  9. Former MLB player Eric Karros called my article into question on Colin Cowherd's ESPN Radio show yesterday.

He challenged me for a re-do: but here's my response.

I assure you, it's not just a ridiculous personal attack, but it shows that Karros was off-base with his statements.
