About

I am from the Philippines but am currently working in Japan as a Software Developer. A sport fanatic who loves basketball, American football, baseball who loves to analyze stats and how it affects the game overall, I graduated with a degree in Electronics Engineering after all.

But much as I've always believed in numbers( numbers don't lie right?), the thing that I love the most in sports is that winning, more often than not, relies on intangibles: character, hunger, will to win, heart, etc. It is the unquantifiable that makes the stats irrelevant in the end.

I love Boston sports, the celtics, the patriots, the red sox, the bruins. I started following the celtics way back when I was still in high school, then started following the patriots in 2000, then rooted for the red sox since 2003 (mainly because I hated the yankees). I may have been late in following them but as they say better late than never. Lately, I have been watching the bruins too, they are starting to get that spunk, which may finally lead to a Stanley, who knows?

My dream, as a sports fan,is that one day I at least get to watch one of those teams in a championship game LIVE. I wish someday I'd get the chance to feel the enormous energy that I only get to watch on screen.
