Being born and raised in Las Vegas, NV, I had to take my allegiances for sports elsewhere. That still didn't stop me from having a strong love for sports from day one. Even if it's not part of the four major sport leagues, I'm still interested in it if it has some form of competition, but cheerleading does not count.
In college at Northern Arizona, I used my passion for sports as the sports director for the on-campus radio station. This is where I hosted my own weekly sports radio show along with being the lead play-by-play voice for the NAU hockey and baseball teams for four years.
My allegiances fall mostly into the state of Arizona, as is where a good majority of my family lives. I've been a die-hard D'backs fan from their first days, a Suns fan for being an LA sports hater and a Coyotes fan because everyone else sees them as a joke. I am not and never will be a Cardinals fan because that spot is reserved for the Cowboys. Yes, my dad raised me the right way.
So, if you have something to say about politics, might as well not even begin. If it's about sports, I'm all ears.
Thanks for the edit. Would you say that I should get rid of the "extreme start" at the beginning?
Thanks for the edits and feedback. They are surely appreciated. On a side note, the list of the best paid footballers were to tie in to an argument put forth by the BBC that for such an important player, he is paid "little" and that might be some source of dissatisfaction. Thanks a million :)
