About

Plain and simple, I love all sports, and would spend all day watching them if I had the chance. I grew up in Utah and Texas so that is where most of my affiliations lie.

I am first and foremost a diehard Texas Rangers fan. They will always come first when it comes to sports.

Second I am a loyal BYU fan, and always will be. I'm mostly interested in basketball and football at the collegiate level, but I love a good rugby, volleyball, or soccer game when the opportunity to watch arises.

I am also a Texas Longhorn fan stemming from my childhood, mostly as it relates to football, but living in Austin, I do feel some loyalty to the university as a whole.

I love all of the emotion and conflict that stems from sports, and I love sharing my opinion about it.

    John Stockton hitting the three at the buzzer against Houston to send the Jazz to their first NBA Finals. (This will be replaced someday soon by the Rangers winning the World Series.)

  • Most Memorable Game Attended

    BYU vs. Utah in Lavell Edwards last season. It was back and forth all the way to the end, and the only BYU Utah game I have ever been to.

  • Most Unbreakable Sports Record

    Dimaggio's hit streak, Cy Young's career wins, and Nolan Ryan's strikeouts.

  • Ruth or Mays?

    Mays

  • Unitas or Montana?

    Steve Young, just think how much more he would have done not waiting behind Montana

  • Jordan or Russell?

    Jordan, I don't like him, but you have to respect him.

  • Gretzky or Orr?

    Gretzky

  • Pele or Maradona?

    Pele, he was all most Americans knew about soccer forever

  • Federer or Sampras?

    Sampras, the competition was better in his time, now it is just Federer and Nadal

  • Tiger or Nicklaus?

    Tiger, he will crush all the records, and he has singlehandedly raised the game to a new level.

  • ACC, Big 12, Big East, Big Ten, Pac-12 or SEC?

    MWC, they deserve to be in the talk after last year.
